We often find clients are looking for the “silver bullet” the big thing that will change everything! In reality, there is usually no “silver bullet”.
The answer instead is to consistently make a number of small incremental changes which collectively make a BIG difference. As just one example, if you took just 1 sales development initiative every day (eg. call a customer, send an email, clip a news item of interest, post a blog etc) over the course of the year this would mean a massive 225 (5 days a week for say 45 weeks = 225) extra sales contacts a year.
Small things cumulatively become big things.
